Delete Account

You can request deletion of your Helpr Labs account at any time. We provide an in-app option and an email option in case you cannot access the app.

Option 1: Delete in the app

• Open the Helpr app and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Settings.
• Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Option 2: Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@helprlabs.com with the subject “Delete my account.” Please include the email or phone number used on your account so we can verify ownership.

What happens next

• We’ll confirm the request and start the deletion process.
• Some records may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
• Most deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
